We're building the AI layer for companies that build, ship and sell physical goods. While everyone talks about AI agents, we're focused on something more practical: automating the back-office operations that traditional industries actually run on.

About the role

We're hiring a marketer who's gone all-in on AI tooling. Not someone who "uses ChatGPT sometimes" - someone who builds Claude agents, generates assets with AI design tools, ships landing pages without waiting for developers, and thinks in workflows, not tasks.

You'll own inbound demand generation: ads, organic LinkedIn, content, website, and sales enablement. The goal is pipeline. We measure success in leads.

This is a one-person marketing function. You won't have a team or an agency on speed dial. What you will have is every AI tool you need and the freedom to move fast. If you're the type who can do in a week what traditional marketers do in a month, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Run paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google) and optimize for pipeline, not vanity metrics

• Build and maintain our website in Framer - copy, design, shipping updates

• Create content that generates inbound: LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership

• Develop sales enablement materials that actually get used

• Own brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Build AI workflows and agents for repeatable marketing tasks

• Create marketing tools with Claude code

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally demand gen or growth roles

• Obsessive user of AI tools - Claude, Cursor, Midjourney/DALL-E, Figma AI, Framer, whatever gets the job done

• Can write compelling copy with AI. Understands what makes people click, read, and convert

• Technical enough to build landing pages, set up tracking, and automate workflows without hand-holding. Or use AI to do so.

• Bias to shipping over perfecting

• Based in Amsterdam

Nice to haves

• Experience with sales-led growth motions (not just PLG)

• Background in B2B SaaS selling to traditional industries

• Built Claude agents/skills or similar AI automations
