About the role

We're looking for an exceptional UX / Frontend Engineer who can transform complex AI concepts into beautiful, intuitive interfaces without missing a pixel. You'll push forward our frontend architecture while crafting experiences that make AI development feel magical. As part of the top 1% of React developers globally, you'll balance pixel-perfect design with lightning-fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create beautiful interfaces without designer handoffs, turning complex AI workflows into intuitive experiences

• Frontend Architecture: Own and evolve our frontend architecture, making it a joy for others to build on

• User Experience: Ensure Lleverage.ai's UX is unmatched by any other AI platform in the market

• Component Systems: Build scalable, reusable component systems that maintain consistency across our rapidly growing platform

• Performance Optimization: Make every interaction feel instantaneous, optimizing for both perceived and actual performance

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between product vision and technical implementation

• Full-stack Features: Not afraid to touch back end code when needed, with a primary focus on exceptional frontend experiences

• Innovation: Push the boundaries of what's possible in browser-based AI interfaces

Job specific requirements

• World-class React: You're among the top 1% of React developers globally, with deep understanding of React's internals and ecosystem

• Design Sensibility: Exceptional eye for design, spacing, typography, and micro-interactions that elevate user experiences

• Systems Thinking: Ability to think in both systems AND pixels, balancing technical architecture with visual design

• Frontend Performance: Expert knowledge of browser rendering, JavaScript performance optimization, and state management

• UI/UX Expertise: Strong opinions about UX patterns backed by experience building products users love

• Technical Leadership: Experience architecting frontend systems that scale with rapid growth

• Autonomy: Self-directed with the ability to take a concept from idea to shipped product without detailed specifications

• Speed: Ability to ship quickly without compromising on quality or user experience

Nice to haves

• Experience with animation and motion design to create delightful interactions

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries (Figma, Storybook)

• Background in developer tools or AI products

• Full-stack capabilities with TypeScript backend experience

• Interested in optimizing the watering system for our office plants
