About the role

We're looking for a Founder Sales (VP level) with a builders mindset to drive revenue and build relationships. As we scale our innovative AI platform, we need a hands-on sales leader who can personally execute the full sales cycle and generate results from day one. This role is for someone who thrives in the trenches and is excited to join an entrepreneurial adventure as a core member of our team. You'll be working directly with our founding team, including our CCO, to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on larger mid-size businesses

  • Develop and execute our sales strategy, processes, and playbooks

  • Be our primary sales driver, operating as an individual contributor initially with freedom to experiment and find what works

  • Represent Lleverage with customers, partners, and at industry events

  • Work directly with the founding team to align on targets, approaches, and customer feedback

  • Have the flexibility to experiment with different sales approaches and channels

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them

  • Provide insights from customer interactions to inform product development

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building successful sales organizations

  • Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close strategic deals

  • Experience selling complex technical solutions, preferably in SaaS or AI

  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and create structure from ambiguity

  • True entrepreneur at heart who is excited by building something from the ground up

  • Strong communicator who can articulate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders

  • Founder mentality – you think and act like an owner, not just an employee

  • Genuine interest in AI, process optimization, and the future of work

Nice to haves

  • Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments

  • Background in developer tools, workflow automation, or enterprise AI

  • Network in larger mid-size businesses

  • Previous entrepreneurial ventures or founding experience
