About the role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a data-driven mindset to develop and execute our paid acquisition strategy across multiple platforms. As we scale our innovative AI platform, we need a hands-on marketing leader who can optimize campaigns and generate measurable results from day one. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to join an entrepreneurial adventure as a core member of our team. You'll be working directly with the Head of Growth to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, and potentially Meta

• Develop creative assets for advertising campaigns, including visual design elements

• Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience

• Manage campaign budgets and optimize for maximum ROI

• Implement tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance

• Test and iterate on campaigns to continuously improve results

• Collaborate with the broader team on campaign strategy and messaging

• Create and update landing pages using Webflow to support campaign objectives

• Report on key metrics and provide insights to guide future marketing decisions

Job specific requirements

• Proven track record managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit platforms, potentially Meta

• Experience with creative design tools for ad creation

• Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling messages

• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and A/B testing

• Self-starter who can work autonomously and create structure from ambiguity

• Data-driven approach to marketing decisions

• Ability to leverage AI tools in your daily work

• True team player who is excited by building something from the ground up
