About the role

We're looking for a Head of Customer & Delivery to ensure our customers realize maximum value from our AI platform. In this critical role, you'll own the entire post-sale journey, from implementation to ongoing success, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while being the voice of the customer within our organization. You will be the first fulltime person in this role and will be made responsible for trully designing his function.

You like to build, are a strategic thinker and are great with processes, but you are also hands-on, practical and customer centric.

Responsibilities

1) From Signing to Go-Live

  • Own project delivery to ensure we deliver what we promised, on time and on budget

  • Lead implementation projects that require Solution Engineering in collaboration with solution engineers

  • Conduct technical scoping sessions to translate customer requirements into actionable plans

  • Develop and maintain internal planning, timelines, and budgets for all customer projects

  • Manage customer communications throughout the implementation process

2) After Go-Live: Customer Activation and Optimization

  • Drive adoption and expansion within larger customers:

    • Ensure implemented solutions are continuously optimized (working with solution engineers)

    • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage with different workflows

    • Increase user adoption to improve stickiness and customer lifetime value

  • Convert free users to paid accounts through our product-led growth motion:

    • Analyze usage patterns to identify conversion opportunities

    • Develop strategies to encourage free users to upgrade

3) Continuous: Voice of the Customer and Advocacy

  • Represent customer needs and feedback to our product and sales teams

  • Establish Lleverage.ai as a thought leader through active customer communication

  • Develop customer advocacy programs focused on:

    • Creating case studies and success stories

    • Building a reference network

    • Improving NPS scores

    • Turning customers into brand ambassadors

Job requirements

Job specific requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a founding/ entrepreneurial mentality

  • Customer experience with complex SaaS products, preferably in the AI or enterprise software space

  • Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementations

  • Technical acumen to understand our platform and translate customer needs

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify expansion opportunities

  • Communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving customer success metrics

  • Leadership abilities to guide solution engineers and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Proactive mindset for anticipating customer needs and addressing issues before they escalate

Nice to haves

  • Experience with AI platforms or developer tools

  • Background in product-led growth strategies

  • Understanding of AI implementation challenges and opportunities

  • Experience building customer success and delivery functions from the ground up
