About the role

We're looking for a hungry Growth Marketing Manager with a T-shaped skill set to drive our customer acquisition and business growth. While paid acquisition will be your primary focus (60-70% of your time initially), you'll be expected to think holistically about growth across all channels and customer touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who's ready to own growth from multiple angles – whether you're an experienced marketer looking for your next challenge or a driven junior professional ready to make your mark. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth to accelerate our trajectory as we scale our innovative AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, and potentially Meta

• Develop creative assets for advertising campaigns, including visual design elements

• Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with our B2B target audience

• Manage campaign budgets and optimize for maximum ROI and customer acquisition cost

• Implement advanced tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance across the full funnel

Growth Marketing

• Identify and test new growth channels beyond paid acquisition

• Optimize conversion funnels from awareness to customer activation

• Iterate and optimize campaigns and landing pages based on performance data

• Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives and user onboarding optimization

• Create and update landing pages using Webflow to support campaign objectives

• Develop email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences

• Analyze cohort data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities

Strategy & Collaboration

• Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy

• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams

• Stay ahead of industry trends in B2B SaaS and AI marketing

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and data analysis

• Proven experience managing B2B paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit

• Creative and copywriting abilities to develop compelling campaigns that convert

• Growth-focused mentality with curiosity about testing new channels and tactics

• Self-starter attitude who can work autonomously and create structure from ambiguity

• Data-driven approach to marketing decisions with ability to translate metrics into strategy
